PULLMAN SHANGHAI SKYWAY APPOINTS NEW Executive CHEF

Pullman Shanghai Skyway recently appointed Alain DENIS as Executive Chef. A French national,  Chef Alain has worked in various ACCOR properties in the past 12 years as Executive Chef, most recently at the 612 room Novotel Suvanarbhumi Bangkok, Thailand. This is Chef Alain’s second assignment in China, having worked previously for 4 years in Beijing.  Chef Alain brings to the Pullman Shanghai Skyway not only his earlier China experience, but also a wealth of knowledge in international 4 and 5 star kitchens around the world,.

Pullman Shanghai Skyway hosts International Arts Fair

The 11th China Shanghai Performing Arts Fair will be held at the Pullman Shanghai Skyway. The announcement was made on the occasion of the signing of the exclusive sponsorship agreement between the hotel and the Arts Fair organizing department. "We are delighted to be able to support such a prestigious and well established Arts event in Shanghai", says Pullman Shanghai Skyway General Manager, Mr. Klaus Gottschalk. The event will attract more than 100 delegates of International Performing Arts Agencies from over 30 countries in the lead up to the Shanghai Arts Festival from October 17th.
