Full-day Meeting Package

Based on a minimum of eight persons

*Standard meeting room set up amenities ( i.e. mineral water, writing pad, pencil and mints )

*Morning and afternoon refreshments

*One Chinese or Western set luncheon menu served with soft drinks or mineral water

*8 hours use of meeting room ( 8:00 am – 5:00 pm )*Basic equipment (2 wireless microphones, LCD projector with screen, 1 standard flipchart or 1 white board)*Our service employees will be at your service throughout the entire event

Half-day Meeting Package

Based on a minimum of eight persons

*Standard meeting room set up amenities ( i.e. mineral water, writing pad, pencil and mints )

*Morning or afternoon refreshment

*One Chinese or Western set luncheon menu served with soft drinks or mineral water

*4 hours use of meeting room ( 8:00 am – 12:00 noon or 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm )

*Basic equipment (2 wireless microphones, LCD projector with screen, 1 standard flipchart or 1 white board)
